Customs, Duties and Taxes

These fees vary depending on where you live, so please do bear in mind that you may need to pay these before the parcel is delivered to you. You will be responsible for paying any local customs, duties or taxes that may be applied to your delivery.  Please be aware that if such fees are required and are not paid the parcel may be returned or destroyed. In either case refunds for the cost of the product and shipping charges will not be available.

Shipping

Australian parcels will be sent via Australia Post (2 to 5 Business Days). If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 Business Days of receiving a shipment notification, please do drop me an email at [email protected].

Overseas parcels will be sent via Australia Post and take 8-12 Business Days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please do drop me an email at [email protected].

If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised. The location of the pieces is in: 52A Dunning avenue, Rosebery, NSW 2018, Australia. Please email me at [email protected] to let me know which date and time would be more convenient for you.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then please do contact me to see if I can rectify it. Email is best for this using [email protected].

Returns will be accepted, however items must be unused and undamaged, they must be packed securely in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. If you wish to return something please contact me via email for a shipping address. Upon safe receipt of the unused, undamaged item, a refund will be issued.  Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
